HAPPY 17th BIRTHDAY YAO HUI MY MAN!
kinda lazy to write about the day to night happenings but I will try to highlight the main issues.
Drank and drank HENEIKEN with my bros.
played monkey with the lovely and adorable girls.
carried really heavy things with the homies which was very worth it.
Ran alot with the mouse to get the wire gauze! HAHAH!
Surprised Yao Hui with a gift which brought back Nostalgia and Memories that he will embed in his heart for a lifetime.
A garment that was engineered to leave a deep mark whenever it was put on.
A ''warm'' birthday which almost left YH with tears and oh so gaga moments.
Accomplish your task eh my man, YH!. HAHA!
Some memories and reflections after the celebration:
Yao Hui:
My best brother since sec3! I have been through thick and thin with you.
These years have been excellent, beyond explanation and this Birthday celebration is only just a milestone to our brotherhood in the years to come. BUT STILL, this birthday still contains some sentimental value in it and a significant quantity of memories. The person that I can talk about crap, football, life and other things that i go through. THANKS MAN!

HAHA! though you have parted to another institute but i still feel that when we were celebrating YH's birthday, I could sincerely feel that you were in sec5. That's how much i feel about your presence in the BBQ. Enjoyed BBQ-ing with you the food and me serving the food to the aunties.
could really feel the ties that bonded us stronger when we met frequently to do YH's Jersey.
And also, the board! I TOTALLY LOVE IT. Esp the FOB one! haahs. and it was the very first thing we pasted. COOL ONE!.

motivation is the biggest weapon over the mind.
the mind is the biggest obstacle in the academic battlefield.
Well, I was summoned, sentenced to 3 freaking hours of detention for missing out in a school event?!
obviously, my mum was furious when she heard about it, not because I skipped it intentionally, but it was because I was a little feverish that's why she didn't permit me to go for it. I was self-medicated at home thus had no MC, the ridiculous reason why I have to go for detention.
But like what they always say,
there's a bright light, at the end of a dark tunnel, I can finish up work in my schedule during that 3 Hours and don't imply that improving myself academically is not allowed or liable in detention because that would be absurd.
Stayed at home and had an MC.
Did a Bartley sec Geography paper which was of average difficulty.
Then physics. Bishan Park Sec.
And gonna do my F&N homework essay question.
"Try to look at life as an open book and you are the creator of the next chapters."

Hope we really shocked you Jesslyn, though she shut the door at me when she saw the gang in her room holding a cake and singing her birthday song. Momentarily after that, we were all looking pointlessly at each other in weird smiles.
obviously, she was shocked beyond words, beyond speech beyond verbal conversation.
HAHAHAH!. her cake was a watermelon. but her mum bought her a cake too.

the URGE to study has finally come back and shop online.
and its because, I printed out 2 pieces of paper which say:
WHY ARE YOU STILL SLACKING.....

FOR
MY
O LEVELS.
well. you may say that i am paranoid and simply too crazy about studying.
this is my method of self-motivation and to push myself to limits that my mind can't take to overcome more obstacles that await me.
I seriously hope that all the effort that I put in does not go down the drain with bad results.
those nights of burning the oil,
sacrificing my TV time.
not going for my soccer though i feel that it is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
spending lesser time, not sticking myself to the phone to talk to special though I'd really love to but she's got her priorities at hand and I've got mine. So, its like an ionic bond when both ions are of similar value but in positive and negative values, they just cancel themselves automatically to form a salt/compound with neutral charge.
like they say, ENDURANCE IS THE GREATEST ASSET, just like when people feel that their wealth is their greatest asset.
Every time I see people on the road driving their fancy Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, Porsche.
I wonder...
are these people really successful in life
or
do they just have really strong financial support from their family's inheritance .
to conclude, the answer just does'nt matter. Its because they are hardworking in life and know what they want in life.
So after so much. I have learnt, its really important that i get my education in the right place, in the right associate, the right side of life.
OK.enough motivation. shall talk bout my day.
Woke up in the wee hours in the morning at about 0600?
i associate that with the wee hours because I usually wake up at around 10 or 11.
but, this time it was worth it. Reason being, I finally got a chance to send off my father to the airport during a weekday when I don't have school. YES YES, you may feel that I am so lame, but its really an honor to see your dad walking up towards the First Class check-in counter and leaving the counter first before everyone and leaving for the First Class Lounge but we didn't go there.
INSTEAD.
it was a breakfast at the most heartiest place. MACS!
seriously, I feel that Mcdonalds is the only fast-food eatery which brings families closer to each other.
because of its ambiance, setting.
Reached home at about 0830.
SLEPT like a hibernating Polar Bear till about 11:30am and had lunch, reading the papers, power napping till about 1pm which I then decided to look at the 2 pieces of paper and start mugging and hitting the books.
THINGS THAT I STUDIED:
-1 Chemistry Paper
-Revision and Redo of Geography Prelim Paper.
-Going through of Source Based Question skills notes. [ANYONE WANTS THESE NOTES?, THEY ARE REALLY HELPFUL,please PM me if you want]
-Physics TYS.
gosh, I myself could not believe my eyes after I saw that it was 5:30pm which I ended.
Had nothing to do and then found out that Mum was using THREADLESS to look at tees. Another eye-opener, which was that, a 50+ adult[now you know how old my mum is], would be using THREADLESS. then she asked me to choose some designs. which then led me to being so stuck to online shopping. THe designers are really really skillful.
At about 7pm, recieved a call from sis about wanting to have dinner at Carl's Jr.
I was fine with it. Got changed and left for East Coast Park to meet them.
I was early, surprisingly.
After Eating, went home and here I am blogging about my day.

EXAMS ARE COMING.
but I ain't afraid of the right deadlines.

well. that sure was motivative.
had a chemistry paper and I gotta say, its not that difficult. BUT. i admit, I had questions which I faced difficulties and some which I found rather easy to complete.
then had a 10minute break, or 15minute?
hahhhs. the canteen uncle took such a long time though i felt that it was rather efficient of him for him as he was alone. YOU ROCK UNCLE. He has been selling drinks/snacks/ ice cream for 5Years. My source of ending my hungering streak.
was crapping a lot. Then TYH told us this SUPER HILARIOUS, BONE TINGLING, HUMOROUS, ENTERTAINING, DIRTY?, not really. it kinda depends how to think or whether you can take dirtiness.
THE JOKE GOES LIKE THIS:
This lady who is very flat chested walks into the bra-shop.
And she wants to have a bra custom made to fit her bust
The OLD LADY in the shop looks at her, felt a little confused.
When she lifted her up her shirt.
The old lady gave her a convincing grin and winked at her.
She didn't give her a bra, nono

After Physics.
played soccer, fortunately.
i scored an own goal. kinda proud of it because this kind of chance is quite rare.
then it started to rain, seeked shelter. Then in the shelter, VAL felt that her water bottle was missing.
TYH being that nice cat, went to look for her bottle at the court with an umbrealla.
took a bus with samuel quah and TYH home.
through those thick and thin.
i realised that its all worth it.
A friendship, A relationship
is always treasured for a lifetime
because all thick and thin is comprehensed.
thats why friendship is the biggest endearvous to achieve and maintain.
thats why a relationship is kept for such eternity,
because all prejuduice is resolved and compromised.
